The Cherry Lodge Cancer Care Information and Merchandise Stall held a very successful Winter Sale at The Spires on Wednesday 17th November 2021. The stall was stocked with a good range of seasonal items, including Cherry Lodge Christmas cards and a selection of lovely warm woolly hats, scarves and gloves. A grand total of £426 was raised.
Thank you very much indeed to everyone who helped before, during and after the sale. Even on a relatively mild November day, standing outside proved rather more challenging for some helpers than it had been when they were last there in the summer. However, the efforts of Tina and her team of staff and volunteer helpers certainly paid off. As well as raising a very useful amount of money, our stall days at The Spires help us increase awareness of the many cancer information and support services we offer.
