Cherry Lodge Cancer Care is extremely grateful to George Komodromou for successfully cycling from London to Paris between 8th and 12th June 2016 to raise much needed funds to help us provide our vital services.
George and his many sponsors have already raised a most impressive sum of money – but it is not too late to add to the total. A few words from George
“So, after months of preparation, lots of training, buying too much cycling gear and becoming at one with my bike, I conquered London to Paris – covering over 330 miles of pure cycling in the process!
It was an absolutely amazing life experience. I had a total blast and met amazing and inspirational new friends along the way – and yes it was emotional – not to mention VERY tough!
More importantly I managed to raise a lot of money for Cherry Lodge. At the moment my total stands at over £5,000 (and counting).
Special thank you too to my lovely wife Filomena Komodromou for all the help and support on this journey and for just being there for me always X and to my Matilda and Daniel for my special sign which helped me to ‘keep going’!”
