Events Programme
Cherry Lodge Cancer Care fundraisers work hard all the year round to put on an interesting and varied programme of events. Upcoming fundraising events include: A Taste of Flamenco & Tapas at the Landsby on Monday 24th March 2025, an Easter Flower Arranging Workshop led by Iris on Thursday 10th April, and a Sponsored Easter Walk and Talk on Sunday 13th April. We also have six runners in training to take part in the 2025 tcs London Marathon on Sunday 27th April.
Note that Tickets for Summer Soulstice 2025 are already on sale via the Eventbrite website, and more information about the event, to take place on Saturday 21st June, can be found on the relaunched Summer Soulstice website.

Each of these options provides an overview of our scheduled events.

The Virgin Money London Marathon will be back as a major fundraising event on Sunday 3rd October 2021. Cherry Lodge Cancer Care will be fielding a team of five runners:

The Cherry Lodge Cancer Care information and merchandise stall will be at the East Barnet Festival on Saturday 2nd July 2022, from 12 noon. Please call by to meet Tina and the CL information and fundraising team and help raise money for Cherry Lodge’s much needed services by buying from our stock of brand new merchandise items, including a great variety of hats, sunglasses and jewellery.
You will find more information about North London’s biggest free outdoor festival on the East Barnet Festival website. This year’s festival will take place in Oak Hill Park, East Barnet, EN4 8JS, from 1st to 3rd July. As well as craft and community stalls there will be a giant funfair, live music and dance, street food, a licensed bar, and a free car show with Classic, Custom, American, Hotrod, Supercar and modified vehicles.
The tcs 2025 London Marathon will take place on Sunday 27th April 2025
Cherry Lodge Cancer Care has a team of six runners raising money for us by taking part in this iconic event. The money they raise through sponsorship will help Cherry Lodge continue to provide our much needed cancer information and support services completely free of charge.
Running a marathon requires an enormous commitment – with many hours of training needed ahead of this physically very challenging event. Please support our runners as generously as you can.
