Editor Helen and designer Marcus have again come up trumps with their second Cherry Lodge Newsletter. Thank you to them both.
This issue leads with ‘Meet the Nurses’, introducing two fairly recent additions to the CL nursing team. In their own words, Olivia Banno and Karen Kirby describe their previous work experience and explain why their roles at Cherry Lodge give them so much satisfaction.
Other individuals highlighted in this Newsletter include: volunteer Iris, admired for her excellent flower-arranging workshops; donor Dawn Patten, who has raised around £5,000 to thank Cherry Lodge for the support given to her daughter Gemma; and member Manula Balaji, who tells us what Cherry Lodge has meant to her since being diagnosed with cancer in March 2024.
