Cherry Lodge Cancer Care is delighted to announce that Renie Price has successfully achieved her ambition to fly through the air on a Hang Glider. She has also succeeded in attracting an impressive number of sponsors, recognising her commitment and helping her raise money to help fund CL’s many services. We send Renie our warmest thanks for taking on this novel challenge, and for everything else she does for us.
Renie has been involved with Cherry Lodge since 2012, when she became a member after being diagnosed with breast cancer. As a cancer survivor, Renie wanted to give something back to CL and since 2015 she has been one of our charity’s most loyal volunteers. She is a qualified hypnotherapist and is happy to give her time to help people going through a similar experience to her own. She is also a regular helper at CL fundraising events.
