Reflexology is a specific technique of finger and thumb pressure applied by the therapist to the reflex areas on the feet or hands. Working through appropriate reflex areas, a treatment lasts approximately an hour. Foot massage is usually given before and on concluding the treatment, to ensure effectiveness and relaxation.
