Group Therapies
The following group therapies are available once a week. You may come on a regular basis, or as and when the need arises.
No booking is necessary but please speak to one of the nurses before your first visit.
Pilates
Pilates is a system of physical and mental training that improves postural alignment, increases body awareness and focus, releases unwanted tension from the body and is a great way to relieve stress.
Thursday: 15:00 to 16:00
Taiji Qigong (Chi Kung)
This involves gentle movements that work on internal energies to enhance general health and vitality.
Monday: 11:00 to 12:30
Yoga
This ancient holistic method of gentle exercise brings greater self-awareness, well-being and relaxation.
Tuesday: 15:00 to 16:00
